Furthermore, the application offers robust reporting tools, including inventory cost analysis, sales performance, purchase history, profit and loss statements, and comparisons between purchase and sales data. These reports assist in monitoring business health and making informed decisions.
The system supports multi-location inventory management and accommodates multiple units of measurement such as kilograms, pounds, meters, and tons. Additionally, it ensures data synchronization across multiple devices via iCloud integration.
The typical business workflow within the app follows this sequence: Setup Product -> Buy -> Receive -> Sell -> Ship -> Deliver.
Product setup can be performed manually or by scanning barcodes. Each product can be categorized and associated with specific locations. Product details include unit selling and buying prices, which are vital for calculating profit margins. These prices are updateable within transactions to maintain accuracy. The product overview displays total quantities purchased, sold, shipped, delivered, as well as associated monetary values.
Buying transactions can be initiated from the home screen, buy menu, or directly from product screens. These transactions list items with quantities, purchase prices, and discounts when applicable; totals are automatically calculated. Pending receipt quantities are manageable through dedicated receive transaction screens.
Selling transactions follow a similar process, accessible from multiple entry points within the app. They detail transaction IDs, dates, product line items with quantities, unit prices, costs, and discounts. Line items can be marked as shipped or delivered as progress occurs; pending shipments or deliveries are handled via dedicated transaction screens.
Receive transactions display line items pending receipt from purchase orders. Users can update received quantities accordingly.
Shipping transactions manage line items awaiting shipment from sales orders. Quantities to be shipped can be adjusted by the user.
Delivery transactions oversee line items pending delivery post-shipment. Users can update delivered quantities to reflect real-time status updates.
